I come from the small village of Laplume, in Lot-et-Garonne, just 10 minutes from the mill. A farmer by trade, I am deeply attached to stone, land and my region. After seven years working in events in Toulouse, the urge to return to my roots and share this beautiful region that saw me grow up came naturally. That's how a genuine passion for this authentic mill was born, which I chose to restore myself. Over several intense months of work, I took on the roles of painter, plumber, plasterer and interior decorator in turn, with a single ambition: to preserve the soul of the place while bringing it modern comfort and the standard of a luxury welcome.
